Park off at the Book Fair

There's nothing better than parking off with a good book, and nothing more frustrating than not being able to find parking when you arrive at South Africa's biggest Book Fair.

This year there will be a free shuttle service from the open air parking lot just inside the Waterfront, so you won't have to park kilometres away and slog your way towards the event ,which last year drew 49 000 visitors.

The Cape Town Book Fair runs from 14 to 17 June and the organisers have also secured an additional 300 parking bays at the Cape Town International Convention Centre parking garage.

So you really have no excuse not to be there, everyone who is passionate about books will be, with a great programme line-up and authors galore to meet.

The Cape Town Book Fair is under the directorship of Vanessa Badroodien and is falls under the authority of the Publishers Association of South Africa in conjunction with the Frankfurt Book Fair, the largest trade book fair in the world.
